Because of COVID-19 and holiday surcharges from shipping companies, shipping, production, and rates may be affected. 

SHIPPING/ RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

By using our website (www.thegiveawayclub.com) You agree to the terms and policies listed in this document. 

Shipping: 

Please allow up to 5-14 business days for delivery if you choose standard shipping at checkout. Please also allow 3-5 business days processing before you receive your valid tracking information.

If the shipment details are incorrect, or you (user of our site) ordered the wrong size or color, The GiveAway Club is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. If Your Order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact The GiveAway Clubs Support team at (support@thegiveawayclub.com) 

Refunds:

All sales are final when ordering on our website. Your entries are automatically recorded and submitted after a sale is completed. Sweepstakes information cannot be tampered with once a sale has been processed.

Returns:

Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns on our website. If there is an issue with your product, view the exchanges portion of this policy below. 

CANCELING YOUR ORDER:

Once an order is processed we do not allow cancelations. When your order is processed it is automatically sent to our printers and the packaging and shipping processes begin. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 1-2 hours after purchase so that way we can try to cancel your order before processing begins. INCORRECT ORDERS:

If the shipment details are incorrect, or you (user of our site) ordered the wrong size or color, The GiveAway Club is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. When your order is processed it is automatically sent to our printers and the packaging and shipping processes begin. If you email our support team ASAP then we may be able to change the shipping information before your items are packaged and shipped. Email: (support@thegiveawayclub.com)

LOST OR MISSING ITEMS:

Exchanges:

If you have an issue with your order, contact The GiveAway Club's support team directly within 20 days of product delivery.(Support teams email listed below) We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. There are sizing charts as well as color selectors on each product to help eliminate this issue. 

In the case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. All you need to do if there's an issue with an order, please provide us with the order ID, describe the problem and share photos of the issue and quantity of Products affected.

In order to initiate an exchange, draft an email to the support email below. Next start by including the order ID number and specific issue in the subject box. Following this take pictures and accurately describe what is wrong with the product.

From there a specialist will contact you in 5-10 business days regarding your inquiry. 

If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a store credit to The GiveAway Clubs website (if deemed necessary), which later will automatically cover the production and shipping costs of an equivalent new order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
